What these reports should be used for
Recruitment for leadership roles, leadership development, succession planning, promotion assessments, performance improvements, team optimisation.
When looking at leadership potential and/or development needs, this report should be used in conjunction with the standard attributes profile. When interviewing for a leadership post this report should be used in conjunction with (ideally) the comprehensive attributes profile or the augmented attributes profile.
