Who do you share my information with?

Only certain Accretis employees and website administrators can access the information mentioned below. We value your privacy and will not share your information with any third party (unless we are required to do so by law) without your knowledge or permission to do so.

We do not have access to any of the reports generated on this site. No compiled WSABI^® reports or profiles are stored on this website.

What information do we store?

A) If you have been asked to complete the questionnaire:

Initially the only data that is stored is your name and email address as entered by the Account Holder (usually the person who asked you to complete the questionnaire). Once you have completed the questionnaire, we store your responses to the questions, a record of the date and time of completion and the information you were asked to check and correct:

First name
Last name
Informal name
Gender
Title
Email address

We do not have access to the generated reports. These are generated only for and when the person logged in as the Account Holder chooses to download them. You have the right to view any profile that has been produced from your completed questionnaire, however you must request this from the person who ordered them.

B) Account Holder:

We store all the information you enter when creating your account or editing your details. These details are visible to you when you click the ‘edit’ buttons in the ‘Addresses’ section of your dashboard.

We also record your order details and payment records.

We DO NOT store, nor can we access, any credit card details. These are held and processed remotely and securely by our payment handling partners.

If you provide us with bank details, for instance for setting up a regular direct debit or standing order, to benefit from our subscription service, these are stored offline and are not used anywhere on this website.

We do not have access to your password. This is encrypted for your use only. Please do not share this with anyone as they will then have access to your account and project areas.

Who has access to my data?

Site administrators have access to the available information mentioned above that is held on this website. Account Holder contact details are made available to our customer service managers so that they can help with any enquiries or contact you about any problems.

If you have completed the questionnaire, the generated reports and your contact details are available to the Account Holder or anyone else they share their logon details with. We have no control over who has access to the generated reports; this is the responsibility of the Account Holder who is required to abide by data protection legislation including, from May 2018 GDPR regulations. In the UK this is regulated by the Information Commissioners Office https://ico.org.uk/

In accordance with these regulations we will provide you with copies of all the accessible information we hold about you, on request. You also have the right to have any such data deleted from this site and our records.

What are website ‘cookies’ used for?

This site does use cookies.

Cookies (including flash cookies) are small data files which our system asks your browser software to store on your computer for us. They enable you to use our services more easily, and to let us keep track of certain anonymous statistical information that helps us improve our website and related services. We use them to identify you so we can remember your preferences, help you make multiple purchases and to track where you are if you are completing the questionnaire and lose the connection.

If you delete our cookies, or you set your browser not to accept cookies from us, you will need to re-set your preferences when you log into our system. As an Account Holder you may lose records of what is stored in ‘your basket’ if you navigate to different pages prior to completing your order. If you are using the site to complete the questionnaire you may not be able to re-start the questionnaire from where you left off, should you be disconnected.

This site also accesses videos stored remotely (e.g. on YouTube). We have also enabled social media sharing. If you use any of these links, third party cookies from those sites and their partners may be downloaded by your browser.

Your Consent

By using our website, you consent to the storing and use of this information by us for the purposes of providing the services requested.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this website, so that you are always aware of what information we have and collect, how we may utilise it and under what circumstances we may decide to disclose it to third parties.

You have the right to get a copy of the information that is held about you. This is known as a ‘subject access request’.
