The reports best suited to recruitment and assessment purposes are the ‘Attribute Profiles’ and ‘Leadership Profiles’.
Common to all, is a complex analysis of how various work related traits combine to indicate how the respondent is likely to adapt to various circumstances and respond to different challenges.
Three different levels (Standard, Augmented & Comprehensive) of Attribute Profiling report are available to suit the level of information required and the purpose they are to be used for (see Our Reports for more details).
The Comprehensive Attribute Profile is the one to choose when recruiting for business critical positions. In addition to the detailed analysis of work-style preferences, unique to this report is a set of specific behavioural interview questions that match the respondent’s key attributes. By asking these questions you will identify crucial differences between candidates with regards to their capabilities, understanding, performance and suitability to the role.
Additionally, this report also provides a record of how the candidate rates each of a set of statements in terms of their importance to him/her with regards to:
- fitting in with the organisational culture and aligning with its values
- responding to various management/leadership styles
- which aspects will motivate them the most
These tailored responses are also provided in the Augmented version.
For internal assessments, where the respondents’ motivational criteria and values are well understood, the Standard Attributes Profile and the Leadership Profile (depending on role responsibilities) should be used. As WSABI® reports focus more on nature than nurture, the outputs will change over time. This is because of how people adapt to and learn from new experiences. So, not only do these reports indicate current suitability, but comparing reports produced at different times shows how the person is developing and improving their capabilities.
