How do I get a VAT receipt or invoice?

A receipt will be emailed to you, when the order is confirmed. The VAT invoice may also be attached to this email.

The VAT invoice is available to download from your ‘Orders’ page: Click My Account in the green task bar then click the ORDERS button.

The ‘Orders’ page contains records of all orders you have placed. The status of each order is also shown. Only orders with the status ‘Completed’ have been paid for. The credits you have ordered will only be credited to your account when we have received payment and the order has been completed.
