Can you manage our WSABI® projects for us?

YES – There are two ways we can do this for you

1) Through an Enterprise Account (subscription) contract

2) By retaining one of our in-house WSABI® Master Practitioners

1) Enterprise Account Management

(see also FAQ – Can I use a single account for the whole company?)

Your WSABI® account representative will set up accounts under the names of each of your project managers. All they have to do is provide your account representative with the names and email addresses of the respondents for each project. You will need to buy a minimum number of credits per month. If you don’t have enough credits to cover peaks in demand, further invoices will be sent to you as required.

All your project managers will have their own log in details and will be classed as Account Holders. You and all your project managers need to agree to all our terms and policies: links to these can be found here. You will also be sent a separate addendum to our Terms of Business which you will need to sign and return before your Enterprise Account can be opened. This will record our mutually agreed payment schedule.

2) Management by a WSABI® Master Practitioner

This is best if you want additional added-value services, a higher quality of output and relationships with your respondents to be established independently. You need to tell all respondents that the named WSABI® Master Practitioner will be contacting them and provide him/her with their contact details (name, telephone/mobile number, email address). Invoices for required credits and additional services are raised as required.
