How do we use the WSABI® system for personnel development?

Both the Attribute and Leadership profiles provide insights and suggestions for development and performance improvement. Repeating the assessments at different times will show how effective training and coaching interventions have been, particularly with regards to strategy and leadership.

When looking to address particular failings, the same WSABI^® reports will show when the respondents preferred working style is incompatible with the prevailing environment or circumstances. Other disparities will indicate areas to be investigated to uncover the root causes of the issues.
