About Us

WSABI^® is the brand name and registered trademark for the advanced work style profiling tool, developed by Dr. John Jebb, and owned by Accretis Ltd – the business transformation, innovation and talent consultants. Accretis Ltd is also the hub of a UK consortium of independent management consultants, leadership coaches, facilitators, learning design professionals and occupational psychologists. WSABI^® is operated by the Accretis Talent division who also provide associated training, accreditation and career development services.

Prior to founding Accretis, Dr. Jebb held senior management positions, formed and led award winning teams and for 15 years ran an international Executive Search business. Dr. Jebb has always been fascinated by “what makes people tick” and during this latter period he and his team conducted the extensive research which ultimately resulted in the WSABI^® system.

WSABI^® Master Practitioners

Whilst all reports are designed for ease of use and understanding, and provide in-depth analyses, additional key insights and extra value will be provided by consulting with one of our team of highly trained and accredited WSABI^® Master Practitioners. These people are all experienced, team leaders, management consultants, recruitment or HR professionals, who are competency and behavioural based interviewing experts. By also being trained in all WSABI^® processes they can uncover and report on particular nuances that may otherwise be obscured or overlooked, yet are extremely important when hiring and/or developing business-critical talent and when aiming to forge the most effective teams.

Our Master Practitioners also have a thorough grasp of psychometric, team building and capability assessment tools. Where these can add real value, or if they are more suitable for your purpose than WSABI^®, their uses will be discussed with you.
