How will using WSABI® improve my results?
Using the WSABI® system will improve your results in at least three ways:
1) enabling you to accurately target your input to maximum effect
2) to monitor how well your coaching is being implemented
3) to show you which of your interventions are (and which aren’t) having the desired effect
The Leadership Profile should provide you with all the information you need to target your coaching at the individual level. However to delve deeper into any identified deficiencies you will need to obtain the Standard Attributes Profile as well.
For monitoring the effectiveness of your coaching then you need your clients to complete the WSABI® questionnaire before and after your intervention. Repeating again at a later stage will show you how long-lasting your effect is and what needs to be done to rectify any back-sliding or undesirable consequences.
Significantly greater insights will be afforded you if you train to become a WSABI® Master Practitioner, thus elevating your standing as one of the elite in your sector
