Do I need to be registered under the Data Protection Act / GDPR?

If you are an individual ordering only your own personal reports then you don’t need to be registered.

Everyone else needs to be registered and compliant with the data protection provisions regulating the processing of personal data within the country and/or state you are located.

In the UK you need to be registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office: https://ico.org.uk/
