What types of report are available?

1) The ‘Attributes Profiles’ provide extensive analyses of how the respondents prefer to work, their strengths and weaknesses, how suitable they are for a variety of business-critical roles and how they can best contribute to projects.

These are mostly used for recruitment and assessment processes and depending on which version is purchased (Standard, Augmented, Comprehensive) also contain carefully targeted interview questions and insights into their values and motivational orientations.

2) ‘Leadership Profiles’ build upon the ‘Attribute Profiles’ by benchmarking the respondents’ responses in line with established business leaders and managers and how they fit with various leadership models.

3) Facilitation reports provide abstracts of key data from the above profiles to be used comparatively to provide the most effective mix of people operating within facilitated workshop breakout groups.
