What if I disagree with the results?

Firstly ensure that the report being discussed with you is yours and not someone else’s. Make sure it has your name on it, it’s spelt right and uses your correct title on the header page and refers to you within the report by the ‘informal’ name you entered when you first logged in.

Whilst we have endeavoured to make WSABI® the most accurate profiling system, through many years of research, comparing thousands of data sets, there will still be some small margin of error. We have checked the algorithms that generate the reports thoroughly but there is always a slight possibility that a glitch may occur. If you believe there is erroneous information in your reports please inform the person who asked you to complete the questionnaire, and also report it to us as soon as possible so we can check for coding errors.

If you disagree with some of the wording within the report, you have the right to make amendments, add notes or refuse to allow the reports to be used.

If this is the case please also let us know as we will welcome your feedback and suggestions of how to make improvements.
