I’ve filled out the questionnaire – what happens now?

Once you’ve submitted the questionnaire you should receive an email containing a link to your personal Feedback Report which you can download. Please check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find it in your Inbox. Clicking the link in the email will open a blank or default web-browser page with a clickable box to open and/or download the (pdf) file.

If you can’t find the email after 24 hours, please contact the person who asked you to complete the report as they can check that you submitted the completed report successfully and resend the email.

If the questionnaire still needs to be finalised you will need to login again to check all sections are complete and then submit it.
