You need to discuss this with the person who asked you to complete the questionnaire.

The results are only valid for up to 3 months from when you completed the questionnaire and no reports should be used in any way beyond this period.

We have no control over how the results or any reports are used. Nevertheless all account holders must comply with our terms and in particular with data protection legislation.

If you have concerns about access to your data you can ask us to remove your information from our website.
