I’ve been asked to complete a questionnaire – what do I do?

Firstly let’s deal with a few security matters

1. Have you had any prior contact with the person named in the invitation email or been told to expect an email requesting you to complete a WSABI® questionnaire?

If not, and this request has ‘come out of the blue’, without any prior contact and you do not recognise the name of the person mentioned in the invitation email, please report this using the message form on our Contact Us page. We’ll then investigate and report back to you.

2. If you haven’t received the invitation email with your unique link.

If you’ve only had a verbal request and not received an invitation email with your unique link

a) first check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ email folder – it might be in there.

b) if you still can’t find it, please contact the person who asked you to complete it and ask them to check the details they entered about you (they may have misspelt your email address). If they’ve checked and the details are OK and the email still doesn’t arrive, ask them to report the error and we’ll investigate.

3. If the invitation email doesn’t have your name on it, please contact the person who asked you to complete it and ask them to check the details they entered about you. However, if it’s only a spelling mistake you’ll be able to correct it yourself when you first login.

If there are no security or identity issues then click on the link in the invitation. This is your unique link for your questionnaire – do not share it with anybody!

When you click on your link you will find detailed instructions and a video tutorial in the right hand side bar in each section.
